Before you schedule, make sure you have:

  • Read the very long, informative email.
  • Logged in to your admin center and poked around.
  • Gathered the info we requested and sent it our way.
  • Compiled your list of services, package pricing, and terms of service.
  • New Client Training

    Your training will consist of several training sessions. The total number of appointments depends on how quickly you grasp the concepts and how prepared you are for each training session.

    During the first training session, we'll go through the gold and orange sections of the flowchart.

    We may start the green section of the flowchart in the first meeting, or this might be saved for the second training session.

    Depending on how well you can maneuver through the software and how thoroughly you have completed your homework, the next training will cover the blue section of the flowchart.

    Your final training will cover the grey section of the flowchart.
